Digital Products

Hatim Store sells digital products only, including but not limited to:

  • Other Downloadable Products

Since all products are delivered digitally, no physical items are shipped.

Download Policy

After your payment has been successfully completed, your purchased product will be available for download.

Please note the following download limits:

  • Each purchase includes up to 3 download attempts.
  • Your download link remains active for 7 days from the purchase date.
  • After 7 days or once the 3-download limit has been reached, the download link will expire automatically.
  • If you experience any technical problems before your download limit is reached or before the link expires, please contact our support team for assistance.

Return Policy

Because all products sold by Hatim Store are digital downloads, returns are not accepted.

Once a digital product has been downloaded or accessed, it cannot be returned.

If you receive the wrong product or experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing your purchase, please contact our support team. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final.

However, a refund may be considered in the following situations:

  • You were charged more than once for the same order.
  • You received the wrong digital product.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the purchase date.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Changing your mind after purchase.
  • Purchasing the wrong product by mistake.
  • Not reading the product description before completing your purchase.
  • Device or software compatibility issues when compatibility requirements were clearly stated.
  • Failure to download the product within the 7-day download period.
  • Expired download links after 7 days or after using the 3-download limit.
  • Requests submitted after the eligible refund period.
